The process involved with this service is working out with the client the scope of the work involved, drawing up a quote based on the amount of dev hours required for the work, and then if the client accepts implementing the changes to the site.
Hosting
- Hosting is on specialised servers that are capable of server-side caching which allows high-level page loading speed optimisation.
- There are three hosting packages available: Basic, Standard, Advanced.
- We only focus on site hosting, we do not host user email accounts. However, along with hosting the site files an email account will be set up for the site to use to send emails (e.g form submissions).
A site’s page loading speed is becoming a crucial factor in visitor satisfaction, converting visits to leads, and SEO ranking. As such we offer hosting on specialised servers that are set up for server-side caching that enable high level optimisation and the capacity for very high page loading speeds.
We only focus on hosting site files and not user email accounts. Since email running smoothly is pertinent to many business and clients we feel this kind of operation and support is best left to larger email providers that can offer 24-7 support. If needed, however, we can set up an email account for the site to use for sending out emails (which is more stable than the default PHP mailer) for items like form submissions.
There are three hosting package to choose from:
Basic: 320MB memory, 5 GB diskspace
Standard: 320MB memory, 10 GB disk space
Advanced: 384 MB memory, 15 GB disk space
- Maintenance package includes full site update and testing, further optimising site page loading speed, and applying technical SEO for newly added items to the site.
- Packages can be Level 1 (once a month), Level 2 (every second month), or Level 4 (every third month).
- Level 1 packages have the addition that in the event of a site crashing or being comprised SoluBric will fix or clean the site free of charge.
Maintenance Packages

Retainer Packages
- Retainer packages have a reduced dev hour rate.
- Packages are between two to ten hours (can be increased on per case basis) and have a range of three hours, e.g 3 - 7 hours, 6 - 9 hours.
- For clients that have websites that need continuous changes and development retainer packages fulfil this in a stable manner at a reduced rate.
